My crl rank of jee main is 118000 and obc rank around 34000. Is there any chance for me to get any NIT, IIIT in special round? plz help me.

Surely you have a chance to get a NIT or IIIT but you will get lower grade colleges with decent branches.
Just choose colleges wisely.
