My date of birth is 30.03.2003.Can I write the neet exam in May 2020??

Answering your question-
According to the criteria for age given by MCI for NEET 2019, the minimum age of a candidate should be 17 years. A candidate born after 1 January 2003 is not eligible for NEET 2020. Another criteria is, a candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from recognized university. So, you will not be qualified in this criteria either.
You are not eligible for NEET 2020. You can appear for NEET from 2021.
