my daughter got 337 marks in NEETand 89.45 percentile gen category, can she get admission in any private college through counselling.

337 is not decent score and chances are less to get colleges at this score but you should try in some private colleges where number of seats are good. you an apply in COMEDK, Maharashtra Private colleges, UP private colleges, MP private colleges Etc. for MBBS and BDS courses.
