see closing ranks and cutoff scores changes in every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, domicile etc. both of the rank of b.arch and planning is not sufficient to secure seat in AI quota in any of nits or planning schools as per previous years records. however you may try for private colleges or state govt Institute.
