my daughter has passed neet with 422 marks from maharashtra. is it possible to get admission here and how do i apply ?

Getting a seat in a government college will depend whether she has Maharashtra state domicile or not .
Assuming that she has domicile I am giving information about state quota. The state authorities have already released the state merit list which you can find in http://www.dmer.org .
The cut off last year through state quota was -
Regional (70%)
UR-400
OBC-357
State(30%)
UR-488
OBC-473
This year the cut off is going to increase by at least 20 marks. It seems your daughter can only get a government seat if she falls in the regional reservation.
She can try for private college or wait for management quota where she will get for sure .
