As per previous stats, I don't think so that she will be getting into IEM with 45k and general, if she belongs to category than she can.

I think they do admit students on the basis of the marks scored in WBJEE rather than that of the jee mains score but during the counselling of the WBJEE they may require jee mains rank and in that case, she does have a good chance but i would advise you to wait till the counselling.
