It depends in which class you are in or have you completed your 12th. There are maximum 3 attempts to give Jee Main exam starting from the year you completed your clas 12th.

WBJEE:
There is no upper limit for B.Tech programmes except for Marine Engineering where the upper age limit is 25 years as on December 31, 2018.
VITEEE:
Aspiring candidates should be born on or after July 1, 1996. Therefore you are eligible.
