My EWS merit in reap is 497 can I get a branch in ctae Udaipur. I have not filled mining branch.....

Yes there are pretty decent chance to get admission in this college. Your rank is quite good to procure seat in CTAE, udaipur.
It is difficult to say anything about ews quota as it is being introduced for the first time.
Relax and do apply for the REAP counselling procedure.
