Hello student,
It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends on the cut-off. Cut-off changes every year. It depends on the lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not.
However, with 45758 rank in JEE main under ews category the chances of getting admission in government colleges seems less. Last year the percentage cut-off was 83%. However. This data is based on the last year's cut-off.
