Hi Suprit,
First of all, you need to understand that there is NO special cutoff for the EWS category in the MHT CET examination.
The cutoff for the EWS category will be the same as that of the General/Open Category.
Based on MHT CET 2018 cutoff ranks of COEP, Pune for the General/Open category, you can definitely get all the branches except Computer Engineering after the last round.
