My expected neet 2021 score is 554. I am a permanent resident of Assam but I passed out class 10th from a school in UP and 12th in Assam. For studying upto class 10th in in UP will I be allowed for counselling for state quota of Assam? (My parents are not Govt employee) (I've PRC of Assam)

Hi, the criteria for applying for counselling in state quota says that you need to have 10th and 12th completed from the state itself. So, if you have not done your 10th from Assam then you are not eligible for the counselling in state quota. Hope this helps.
