My father is in army and I have completed my 11 and 12th clas s from Assam. Am I eligible for Assam MBBS seat?

Be informed that the Assam MBBS admissions are done on the basis of NEET scores. The basic eligibility criteria for application is:

• A candidate must be a citizen of India
• Aspirant must have completed the age of 17 years on or before December 31, 2019
• Student should have passed Class 12 qualifying exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
• Candidates belonging to General category must score 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology in aggregate. While for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC aspirants, it is 50%.
• The applicant or the parent’s applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam for not less than 20 years.
• The education of candidates from Class 7 to 12 must be completed from an institute located in the state.
• Students must have secured minimum NEET cut off 2019  qualifying percentile as mentioned in the table below.

Shruti, if you match the aforementioned criterion then you are eligible for a applying in Assam MBBS seat.
