My father name is "Rajasekhar". In all of my 10th, 11th, 12th and graduation certificates have the above mentioned name. But in my Msc certificates it is written as "Rajsekhar". Is it ok or does it create any problems for me in the future for my job purpose? Or should I make an affidavit??

A small spelling error or a variation in spelling in your father's name would not be a trouble. As there is no completely different name and at least most of your documents have a similar and consistent father’s name on them. I don't think there will be any problem in a job-related field. Most of the jobs will concentrate more on your academics, skills, and other related things. For government jobs, and aadhar card or pan card should have the correct credentials. If you have it then you don't need to worry about it much.
