Since you do not have domicile of up,you are not eligible for any private colleges in first and second round.In mop up round the state open the registration for students of other states as well. Now it depends on state and every year ,Since rule changes that you would be under general category or SC category.
So wait till mop up round of up until further notice comes.ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR COUNSELLING!!
