Hello Asha,

As your friend belongs to Sc category and she has scored 159 marks in NEET exam there seems some chances for getting admission in BDS in some colleges of India.With this marks it is highly impossible for getting admission in MBBS due to high competition but she may have chance of getting a seat in BDS in average college in India.
