Hello,

You haven't mentioned the state. If your friend belongs to Telangana then he can apply for fee reimbursement if his/her family's income is less than 2,00,000 per annum. No member of the family must be a Government employee. If he fulfill the criteria he/she can apply for fee reimbursement in TS ePASS website. The link is given below
