As per the norms of MCI, one can have a maximum hearing disability of 40% in order to be elligible to enroll for MBBS after NEET.
Do ask your friend about his disability percentage in order to make sure of his eligibility.
If it's less than 40% there is no issue and he can absolutely get him an admission in medical college but if not, I am sorry there might be issues.
