My friend's total mark is 123 n she is ST n she is under cutoff mark so will she be selected in counciling ?

According to me Eliza your friend will no get any government medical college easily but according to me she can apply for councilling in private medical colleges or deemed medical university but due to st category she can get admission in normal private college.

Actually the offical cutoff is not yet released but I can say that your friend got very less marks the chances of getting the seat is somewhat difficult I can say but it also depends competition as well so wait till the offical cutoff yet to be released
