My GATE 2019 SCORE is 342 in ECE ST category .Is there any chance of getting into IITS and NITS ?If yes ,then in which INSTITUTE?

You can't get IIT OR NITS with this rank.You can get state government universities or private colleges only.So you can try for government universities. Best of luck.
