hi,

cutoff score changes every year and it depends on various factors like number of participants, questions diffciulty levet , seat matrix, etc.as per your marks you have less chances for core stream of ece.

see at this score you have less chances for iits and top nits, however you may apply for north east nits, vit vellore, jadavpur university, colleges of anna university.
