My gate score is 591 in EE in 2019 is there any chance to get iit for OBC category

For your gate score of 591 you have even chances for following IITs
IIT KANPUR, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Mumbai
Apart from these three IITs you have chances in good NITs like rourkela, calicut, trichy, suratkhal, allahabad and many other NITs.
