my general rank is 50599and obc rank is 17625 may I get any good college for cs

First of all you haven't mentioned the examination name, so I am assuming that you have secured ranks in jee mains exam.

Now as you have secured 50599 general rank and 17625 obc rank, then this much rank in JEE mains chances are quite difficult for you to get seat in NIT.
Even if you belong from OBC category then by applying for OBC category rank the chances are very hard for you or you can say negligible chance to get any NITs or any other good colleges participating in josaa counseling.

Now if you belong from home state quota then you can get some of the good Nits like NIT Raipur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Silchar, etc but you will not get cse branch.

But if you belong from home state of some other low nits then but applying your home state state quota, there are chances that you can get cse branch in some low nits like :-

Nit Sikkim
Nit Meghalaya
Nit Manipur
Nit Mizoram
Nit arunachal pradesh
Nit Srinagar ( from your obc category rank)

Bus from other state quota there is no chance for your to get cse branch in any other nits or iiita or gftis with this much rank. Apart from cse you can also not get other branches in nits (if you don't belong from home state quota).

Better you try at some other private colleges for cse branch.
