Statistics- Computer Science- Mathematics and Physics- Mathematics- Geology are also in the trend…

It does not mean that earlier combination has lost its relevance but the guiding fashion in the recent development is the new areas in higher studies and employment opportunities acting as a huge factor.

Well one must choose as per his/her interest so that the burden is reduced and good marks will anyway lead you a good career…

There were following subjects combinations in previous years- PMC, PMS, PMK, SMK, PMG and PMGr.

P-physics, M-Mathematics, C-Chemistry, S-Statistics, K-Computer Science, G-Geology, Gr-Geography. I think k at present they have added some new subject combinations.

Now, coming to your question I think you should study the subject you like most. A good performance will make you in demand. Although all subject combinations are good but if you like mathematics more than anything else SMK will be a good combination.

My advice is you choose according to your interest.

You will get a decent college on  the given rank just wait for counselling rounds to be held and wit till the last counselling round ,
