my genral rank in jee mains 2020 is 173000 and obc rank is 53000 , which best college can i get whether private or government ?

As you have secured 173000 general rank in JEE mains 2020 then sorry you cannot get any good government colleges like NITs, iiits, etc. With this much rank you also cannot get top gftis.

Now as your OBC category rank is 64000 then you can get some of the Government colleges like one of them is HBTi Kanpur. Hbti Kanpur is a good government college and with this much OBC rank you can easily take admission in here. Now if you want to take admission in some private colleges then with this much rank you cannot get any good private colleges but with this much low-rank you can easily get Kalinga Institute of Industrial technology and CV Raman Global University because many of the lower rankers can easily get admission in here. Also you can try for haldia institute of technology via wbjee e-counseling.
