My % in 12th 88% and in best 4 excluding english is 92%. Is there any college forbcom in du in which English is not compulsory tobe included

For admission in University of Delhi, percentage of best four subjects is required. And english is considered a compulsory subject/language that one needs to pass in his intermediate exams.
English is not considered compulsory while calculating the percentage of best four subjects, but if your percentage is boosted by English, then what is the problem. Your best four percentage including English might land you in a good college, most probably in the North Campus.

Ma'am but my percentage is boosted excluding English as my marks in english is quite low . Including English my % comes 88% and while excluding it comes 92% . So please tell the names of the college's under delhi university in which English is not compulsory to be included in best four subjects .

Yeah, it is perfectly fine. You can choose best four subjects according to your wish ( though in some courses they ask to include maths in best 4 )
So there will be no problem whether or not you include english in your best four subjects.
