First I want to tell you that you can't expect NIT with jee advance rank . Here you mentioned only your jee advance rank that's why I can only tell you about IITS.
With this rank you can not expect CSE in IITS but you may get lower branch in some top IITS and average branch like electrical and mechanical in new IIITS.
Since EWS category is new so no one can tell you exact scenario of this category. Maybe this category can help you to get even average branch in top IITS but I can't assure you because cutoff for this category is unknown for all.
