as per your percentile, there is good chance to get GFTI on the basis of OBC rank. for NIT , your categorical rank should be below 10-15k. for IIITs, your categorical rank should be below 6k-7k.
Better option will be Universities and government engineering college. if you apply for colleges located in your domicile state then you can apply for home state quota which will help you to some extent.
