my jee main rank is 52890 and obc rank is 13850...can i get any nit or iiit

Yes you can get nit but you will not get top nits . You can try to get north eastern nits like nit Manipur , Agartala , etc.
As far as iiits are concerned , you may not get good iiit as they only have two branches .
