I assume that it is your category rank and with a category rank of 30123 you have greater chances of getting a seat in IIIT allahabad. My suggestion for you is wait until the last round of the counselling (may be 6 or 7 rounds) and try for IIIT allahabad as your first preference. I hope this helps.
