my JEE mains percentile is 76.2 OBC rank is 92830 and I have cleared the cutoff but my CRL is 281000 ,am I eligible for JEE advanced 2019??

You will definitely going to appear for the JEE advanced examination as you have cleared the cutoff for the JEE examination through OBC category. I will suggest you to prepare well and give your JEE advance a best shot. I hope you have got the point.
