Getting into a military engineering college seems unlikely though through obc rank.
However, if you have defence quota and that rank of yours is good, then you may get some priority or preference.
Still the number of seats offered are less and the competition is high. Therefore, it would be difficult for you to get in unless these colleges have a management quota.
