my jee pr 90.37 in jan paper 1 . how can i applied in pdpu with open category.

Hi there,
Pdpu is one of the best college for petroleum engineering hence your score is unfortunately not upto tha marks to get you a seat in the college.
You need to work harder and try to score more than 97+ perceptile to easily get a seat in that college.
