My jee rank 154851 (OBC)..64 percentile..am I eligible to take admission ??

You have scored too low marks and score .You wouldn't get MITs gwalior.You need a rank within 1 lakh in Jee mains.
There are several other colleges which are taking admission on the basis of JEE mains from this year.You can apply to them through State counselling.
If you belong to some reserved category (OBC/SC/ST )and you are home state candidate then you can get otherwise not.
