There is seprate registration that has been done under stategovernment after which u can apply for the state quota medical seats. Apply for your domicile state under 85% quota in NEET. If she's doing her 12th from telengana she'll be able to get state quota. If you have domicile of other states then only you can apply under 85% quota of that state.
