My mark is 344 , can I get government seat in Tamilnadu

Please mention your category too.
Well if you are looking for government Medical college in Tamil nadu then at 344 marks you wont get any government seat .
Because this year cutoff goes higher than last year for general category cutoff goes upto 550 ++ this
year .
Also 344 is very low marks for government Medical
If ypu want then you can try for the private sector.
Or you can try for the other Medical courses
Like bams , bhms, veterinary science too.

My score is 569 my rank is 16000 approx. can i get any govt. Mbbs college from obc quota i am from delhi.

Yes you willas you are belonging from obc category and your marks is good .
Although Delhi cutoff goes higher but still you will get the chance in mbbs
