MY marks are 549 in Neet UG , What are my possibilities??

549 is a good score in NEET. I assume your category is Open Category since you have not mentioned it. The cut off marks for All India Quota in 2018 for Open Category was more than 550-580 marks. The cut off marks change every year and therefore, it may either decrease or increase. Looking at last year's AIQ cut off marks in some states' medical colleges, you have a chance of getting admission in colleges of Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, etc. under AIQ.
However, you have a good chance of admission under State Quota.
