Since BA Economics is one of the top courses offered by Delhi University so chances are that cut-offs will be high. Also it is a commmerce course and you are from science stream so it is possible that you have to face disadvantage of small percentage but it too varies from college to college as every college have their own criteria of admitting. Go through previous year’s cut-off you will have an idea.
The cut off for science students is same as it's for everyone. However, if you haven't studied economics in class 12 ,then 2.5% will be deducted from your best 4.
For example ,if your best 4 is 93% without economics then your effective percentage will be ( 93–2.5 )% = 90.5% .
