497 is enough marks to get you a govt college , as GOVT of INDIA has decided to lower the neet cut offs by 15% benefitting the students.
The probability of getting a high end colleges through all india is very low or none.
But there are so many colleges which grant admission at this marks . Colleges belonging to states such as Maharashtra, Karnataka , West bengal ,Uttrakhand, Jharkhand , Nagaland, Orissa., will have cut off range from 450-550. So your chances of getting a medical seats in these states are very high.
