No, not at all. But don't lose hope to get admission. If you are firm than you should drop one year. Prepare again, put extra efforts, reach beyond your limits and you can surely get admission next time.

With this score the chances are less to get admission in private colleges for BDS. So I would suggest you to prepare for the exam again.
