You have not mentioned your category, so it is quite difficult to do exact predictions. However in most states, with OBC category and 364 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high as cutoffs for OBC are usually around 350+.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%)
