Last year 386 marks got a seat in Government medical colleges - SVU Area under st quota and it was for ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore but this year cut off marks for Medical Colleges have gone way far , so considering this year's high cut off marks, you don't hold a chance of getting a seat in government medical college.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
