My native state is Rajasthan but I completed my studies in Delhi. I am going to appear for jee mains and the thing is that I cam from OBC in Rajasthan but my caste in Delhi doesn't come under OBC category. So in that case, if I fill in my form OBC whether Delhi will be my home state or not.

As you mentioned you are going to appear for JEE Mains then I would suggest you to fill the OBC category as it helps in the ranking. And no Delhi will not be your home state as home state means where you are born originally. Wish you all the best for the examination.
