Since you have not mentioned the state you belong to it is difficult to predict for sure. It is because cutoffs differ with each state depending on the competition level. The cutoffs are decided by factors like difficulty level of the exam, number of people who have written the exam, the number of seats available etc. But with the rank you have mentioned it may be difficult to get top NITs for the desired course . You may get few selected less competitive branches other NITs . Chances my be higher if you apply through home state quota.
