Firstly, it's a nice score and since there are  around 2900 seats in government medical colleges in Tamil nadu. So, as you belong to unreserved category, you have lower chances of getting admission in government Colleges and hence, you can go for private colleges.

However in PSG medical college, Under government quota it depends on which category you belong to. The fee structure changes for varied categories. In general, it is around 4-5 lakh per annum including other charges a nf hostel charges are seperate.
