My neet marks is 461 and rank is 75490 can i get a college in karnataka without having domicile

Karnataka is  the only state which allows non residents of the state to take admission in government medical colleges.
With 461 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in Karnataka through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given under All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

If you don't have a domicile certificate, it means that you would be applying under All India Quota.

I see less chances of you getting admission into a government medical college.  However, you must try for a private medical college.
