Although you have scored well, but even at this score it is unlikely that you will get a government college through All India quota. But with Karnataka state domicile you can get a seat in private colleges in government quota seats( through state quota). Thus I would recommend you to go with this option. Also note that there is no special reservation of defence quota, so that would not make any difference.
