My NEET rank in the ews quota is 36k and I have a CG domicile.Can i get a medical college??

I assume by CG domicile you mean Chattisgarh state domicile . Regarding your admission possibilities , with your rank it is difficult to get government seat through the All India Quota (AIQ) but you then since you have the domicile advantage through the state counselling , based on the previous year cutoffs you may have a good chance at a few govt. colleges and they are:

Late Shri Lakhi Ram Agrawal Memorial Government Medical College, Raigarh

Bharat Ratna Late Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial Medical College, Rajnandgaon

Late Shri Baliram Kashyap Memorial Medical College, Jagdalpur

This year cutoffs may vary a little due to increased competition ,difficulty level of the exam and the number of applicants but in case you don't get a govt. seat , you will have good private college options .
