With this marks its difficult to get a government MBBS college  .Now for private college its difficult to get a college with low fee structure.The costs are high and admission fees in the beginning are also high.A five year MBBS course will almost take an amount of around 70-80 lakhs rupees in total. You may look for semi government colleges if you want.Check the fee structure of different colleges to get a clear idea.
