Dear Krishna, in 2018 under SC Category for State Quota, 372 marks secured a seat in GMC, Jalaun. That was the cut off. The other colleges that had lesser cut off are:
GMC, Kannauj: 377
GMC, Saharanpur: 374
GMC, Banda: 373
With 380, you are in a tight spot. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. We would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key has been released so that you can weigh in your options.

As per the analysis the level of NEET exam was from easy to moderate so there will be a increase in cut-off marks this year so based upon your marks there is a slim chances for you to get a admission in government medical College but you can easily get a seat in private medical Colleges.i hope this information helps you.
Thank you
