My neet score is 313 and i am under OBC category .will i be able to get BDS seat in govt colleges.my AIR is 237445 and category rank 104271

Dear Sandhya, 313 for OBC Category is a less score. But again this depends on the State you belong to. For Rajasthan, the cut off for OBC was 559 last year and for UP it was 429. There are States which have lesser cut offs for OBC Category. So if you can help us with the State you hold the domicile of, we can help you with your options. AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 390 under AIQ & 380 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.

There are only 27k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
